Business Challenge

University departments needed a consistent, easy-to-follow process for hiring staff, faculty, and students. Because multiple forms, approvals, and compliance requirements were involved, errors could delay onboarding and create administrative inefficiencies.

Learning Solution

I designed and produced a process-based instructional video that transformed a complex administrative workflow into a structured learning experience using visual process mapping, motion graphics, and concise narration.

Project Highlights

Impact

The resulting training resource provides departments with a consistent, reusable reference that supports accurate hiring procedures, improves communication between departments and Human Resources, and reduces administrative errors during employee onboarding.

This project reflects my approach to combining instructional design, process analysis, and media production to solve organizational challenges.
