  • Travel Request and Booking – Guides learners through the complete travel request process, demonstrating how to create, submit, and manage travel authorizations in accordance with university procedures.
  • Expense Reports and Reconciliation – Demonstrates how to accurately prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports, helping employees complete the reimbursement process efficiently while maintaining policy compliance.

Business Challenge

Organizations often struggle with inconsistent travel requests, incomplete expense reports, and delayed reimbursements caused by unfamiliarity with the Concur system. Employees need clear, sequential training that explains not only how to complete each process, but also why each step is important for compliance and financial accountability.

Through interactive software simulations, guided demonstrations, and realistic practice activities, learners build the knowledge and confidence to manage travel requests, expense reporting, and reimbursement while following university policies and procedures.
