Business Challenge

As generative AI tools became available to CSU employees, many users were uncertain about the differences between Custom ChatGPTs and ChatGPT Projects. This confusion often led to inefficient workflows and underutilization of each tool’s strengths. The presentation needed to provide a clear decision framework that employees could immediately apply to their daily work.

Learning Solution

I designed and delivered a live, scenario-based presentation that explains the differences between Custom ChatGPTs and ChatGPT Projects through practical examples and demonstrations. Rather than focusing on technical features alone, the session guides learners through real workplace situations, helping them identify which solution best supports specific business needs. Interactive demonstrations reinforce key concepts and encourage immediate application.
