Business Challenge

The university transitioned employee evaluations to an electronic approval process using Adobe Sign, requiring managers to understand a multi-step workflow that included selecting the correct evaluation workflow, attaching supporting documentation, routing forms for signatures, and avoiding common submission errors. Users needed clear guidance to complete evaluations efficiently while ensuring compliance with Human Resources procedures.

Learning Solution

I developed a concise process training video that walks users through the complete evaluation workflow, from accessing the appropriate Human Resources page to completing the Adobe Sign process for both the employee and supervisor. The training emphasizes workflow sequencing, required fields, document attachments, signature routing, and common mistakes that could delay completion.rners to focus on the task appropriate to their role while reducing confusion between the two approval processes.
