leave requests accurately within the HR system. Because the process involved multiple rules, union-specific requirements, and numerous navigation steps, employees frequently needed guidance to avoid payroll errors and delays in supervisor approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Learning Solution<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\">I developed a comprehensive instructional video that walks intermittent employees through the complete timesheet process\u2014from accessing the HR Center to entering work hours, reporting shift differentials, requesting leave, adding comments, and submitting the final timesheet for approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\">The instruction uses realistic workplace scenarios to demonstrate different scheduling situations and explains when additional reporting codes are required, helping employees complete their timesheets accurately and confidently.us on the task appropriate to their role while reducing confusion between the two approval processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Project Highlights<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Guided employees through the complete monthly timesheet workflow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated accurate entry of regular work hours and meal breaks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Explained shift differential calculations using practical examples.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clarified holiday eligibility and leave reporting procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Included navigation tips to improve efficiency, such as saving the Timesheet page as a Favorite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Covered comments, validation, saving, and final submission for supervisor approval.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organized complex payroll rules into a logical, easy-to-follow learning sequence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Impact<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-left:0\">By transforming a complex payroll process into a structured, scenario-based learning experience, the training helped intermittent employees complete their timesheets with greater confidence and accuracy.
