workflow, attaching supporting documentation, routing forms for signatures, and avoiding common submission errors. Users needed clear guidance to complete evaluations efficiently while ensuring compliance with Human Resources procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Learning Solution<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\">I developed a concise process training video that walks users through the complete evaluation workflow, from accessing the appropriate Human Resources page to completing the Adobe Sign process for both the employee and supervisor.
