The challenge was presenting complex regulatory and compliance information in a way that was understandable, engaging, and easy to reference without overwhelming new hires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Learning Solution<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\">I designed and developed an interactive e-learning course that organized policy information into manageable learning segments. Rather than presenting lengthy policy documents, the course used branching interactions, clickable content, and concise explanations to introduce Equal Opportunity, Title IX, mandatory reporting requirements, workplace safety policies, ADA accommodations, whistleblower protections, and collective bargaining information while directing learners to official university resources for additional guidance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Project Highlights<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Organized multiple compliance topics into a structured onboarding experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Designed interactive knowledge exploration using clickable content sections.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Simplified complex legal and policy language for new employee audiences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integrated links to official university policy resources for continued reference.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presented mandatory reporting responsibilities through role-based interactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Balanced compliance requirements with learner engagement and usability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Impact<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-left:0\">The course provided new employees with a consistent introduction to the university&#8217;s most important workplace policies while reducing reliance on lengthy policy documents during onboarding.
