New employees often lacked a clear understanding of where to find training resources, how to complete required compliance courses, and what opportunities existed for ongoing career development. The university needed a centralized onboarding resource that would simplify this information and encourage a culture of continuous learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Learning Solution<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\">I designed an engaging e-learning module that introduces employees to the university&#8217;s professional development ecosystem. The course guides learners through CSU Learn, instructor-led training, compliance requirements, newsletters, Skillshops, the Center for Teaching and Learning, and the CSU Fee Waiver Program, helping employees understand both mandatory training and voluntary opportunities for professional growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Project Highlights<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Introduced campus-wide professional development resources in a single learning experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Explained required compliance training and optional learning opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guided employees through the CSU Learn learning management system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highlighted career development programs, workshops, and continuing education benefits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Simplified navigation across multiple university departments and training resources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encouraged a culture of continuous learning and career advancement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Impact<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-left:0\">The course gave new employees a clear roadmap for accessing learning opportunities from their first days on campus.
