Because travel requests, reservations, expense reporting, and compliance requirements intersect across multiple business processes, new users often required significant support before they could independently manage university travel. The organization needed a standardized training solution that reduced onboarding time while promoting policy compliance and proper use of university funds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Learning Solution<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\">I designed and developed an interactive software simulation that guides learners through the complete initial Concur setup process while introducing the university&#8217;s travel policies, available support resources, and profile configuration requirements. By consolidating system navigation, profile setup, travel policies, and support resources into a single learning experience, it reduced the need for one-on-one assistance from the Travel Office and helped users become productive more quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The simulation-based approach allowed learners to practice essential configuration tasks before accessing the live system, increasing confidence and reducing setup errors.
