Incorrect or incomplete requests delayed approvals and increased the risk of policy violations and reimbursement issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Learning Solution<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\">I designed a comprehensive simulation-based e-learning course that walks learners through the complete travel lifecycle\u2014from creating a travel request and estimating expenses to submitting approvals and booking airfare, hotels, and rental cars within SAP Concur.
