Learners needed clear guidance on new responsibilities, approval processes, employee onboarding, appointment changes, project assignments, and separations while minimizing disruption to daily operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Learning Solution<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\">designed a comprehensive seven-module learning curriculum that introduced the new HR Actions environment and guided users through each stage of the employment lifecycle. The curriculum combined conceptual overviews with task-based demonstrations, allowing learners to understand both the overall workflow and the individual procedures required to complete HR transactions confidently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Project Highlights<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Designed a complete seven-module e-learning curriculum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Introduced a new digital HR workflow replacing legacy paper processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Simplified complex employment and approval workflows for multiple user roles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Structured content to support both onboarding and just-in-time performance support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Created consistent visual and instructional standards across all modules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developed narration, demonstrations, and supporting instructional assets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Built reusable course templates to maintain consistency throughout the curriculum.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Impact<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-left:0\">The curriculum provided a structured introduction to KRONOS HR Actions while preparing users to complete employment transactions with greater confidence and accuracy.
