The challenge was to replace information-heavy orientation sessions with a structured, self-paced curriculum that improved comprehension, reduced cognitive overload, and provided employees with a reference they could revisit as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Learning Solution<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\">I designed and developed a four-module onboarding curriculum that organized essential new employee information into a structured, self-paced learning experience. Each module focused on a specific topic\u2014Benefits, Policies, Payroll &amp; Absence Management, and Professional Development\u2014allowing learners to complete training efficiently while revisiting individual subjects as needed.
